Server Rules
1. General Rules And Regulations
1.1. Game content and game play may be changed by administrators
without proir notice.
1.2. By agreeing to our terms of service during registration, you
agree you have read and understand the rules. Claiming ignorance is
not an excuse for breaking any rules.
1.3. It is the players responsibility make note of any changes to the rules.
1.4. Frintezza and its administrators can not be held responsible for
any damages caused as a result of playing on this server.
1.5. Frintezza reserves the right to terminate access to any player or
subnet without warning.
1.6. Frintezza and its administrators take no responsibility for the
loss of items, accounts, characters or their parameters for any
reason.
1.7. Players must agree to follow the rules and respect any requests
made by the administrators of Frintezza.
1.8. Players take full responsibility of their accounts and any
actions done within their accounts.
1.9. If you are witness to any violation of the rules by either a
player or GM, you can send an email to administrators of Frintezza.
Please provide proof of any rules being broken with either a screen
shot or a movie.
1.10. Content including in game content, accounts, forum accounts, and
all content on the server are exclusive property of Frintezza.
2. Interaction with the Staff of Frintezza
2.1. When submitting a ticket please be as descriptive of you problem
as possible.
2.2. Disrespecting any staff member in any way is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Chat ban for 24 hours up to the permanent ban of accounts.
** 2.3. Threatening staff members in any way is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Up to the permanent ban of accounts.
2.4. Attacking GM's in game without permission is prohibited.
Punishment: Up to the permanent ban of accounts.
2.5. Trying to initiate party, trade, friend, clan, ally or trade
inquiry to GMs is prohibited.
Punishment: Character ban up to 48 hours.
2.6. Lying to administrators in any way is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: From chat ban for 24 h. up to banning accounts.
2.7. Publicly posting dialogs with GM is prohibited.
Punishment: From character ban for 48h and up to account ban for 14 days.
2.8. All hostile actions must cease when a Gamemaster appears near you.
Punishment: ban for up to 2 days.
3. External Programs and In Game Processes
3.1. Using 3rd party software to give the player an unfair advantage
is strictly forbidden.
Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.2. Unauthorized access to other players accounts is forbidden.
Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer
3.3. Threatening and insulting other players is strictly prohibited
Punishment: Up to baning all accounts of the infringer.
3.4. It is forbidden to sell or exchange any in game content (items,
characters, etc) for real money.
Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer on forum and in the game.
3.5. It is forbidden to advertise any other online games.
Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.6. Usage of the ClanWar icon as a clan crest is prohibited, because
this may cheat other players on the sieges.
Punishment: From Clan leader account ban for 7 days up to clan and
CL's account deletion.
3.7. Creating situations where the player cannot talk to NPC's without
using the "/target" command is forbidden.
Punishment: From Character ban for 2 days up to account ban for 14 days.
3.8. It is forbidden to create situations when players cannot pass
through gates or narrow paths in game.
Punishment: From Character ban for 2 days up to account ban for 14 days.
4. Server Errors And Bug Exploitation
4.1. Exploitation of any bug in game is forbidden.
Punishment: From Ban of the game account up to deletion of all accounts.
4.2. Killing monsters when they cannot damage or reach players because
of certain situations that are not included in normal game play.
Punishment: Account ban for 14 days.
4.3. If you come across a new bug please inform a GM through a private message.
5. Player Names And In Game Chat
5.1. Spam messages in public places is not allowed. Messages about
sales, purchasing, or exchanging are only allowed in trade and hero
chats. No more that one message every 60 seconds.
Punishment: ban of chat for 1 day.
* 5.2. Insulting players and using obscene language is forbidden in game
and in the forum.
Punishment: ban chat for 1 day and up to 30 days in JAIL.
5.3. Insulting for other players or simply un-quotable clan names and
clan abbreviations are inadmissible. In case of an inadmissible clan
name the clan is deleted and the clan master's account is blocked.
Names and titles that insult other players are forbidden.
Punishment: deleting account.
5.4. Character names must not contain the following words: GM,
Administrator, Admin or the names of the current and previous shard
administration members.
Punishment: deleting account.
5.5. Constantly begging at the market (together with speech flood) is
forbidden.
Punishment: ban of chat for 1 day.
5.6. Impersonating any part of the administration team is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Account deletion.
* 5.7 Telling players "GM / Edited / Botter / Exploiter" , you are directly disrespecting the administration accusing corruption without any proof. Follow the guidelines on reporting abusers instead of creating hostile accusations to the server.
Punishement: Jail from 1 to 14 days
* 5.8 Telling players "Donator", you are disrespecting people that support the server and let you play for free. If you don't agree with donated stuff in list, leave server right now.
Punishement: Jail from 12 hours to 7 days
6. Forum Rules
6.1 Flames are only accepted in the english thread and not to the staff.
Punishment: from forum ban up to 14 days in Jail.
