Let's say if a pp reaches up to lvl 78 1% (obviously you got pof) When its die it comes to 77 99%. Then it loses pof which supposedly stays with it no matter the lvl.
I know this can be solved if we put SB and learn the skill manually. It's a geodata problem of auto learning skill.
P/S: Would it be possible to put a delvl NPC in town?
